Evacuations at night or in areas darkened by power failure or smoke are particularly dangerous. Vigil Antislip Deck Light is designed to provide fleeing workers with a clearly visible luminous non-slip pathway regardless of the conditions under which evacuations is staged.

Photo luminescent pigments produce their own light by the bombardment of visible light (photons) falling on the surface and exciting the electrons on the outer shell of the atoms. Depending on the "charge" level, Deck Light products continue to produce their own light for in excess of 12 hours after the extraneous light source is removed.

All Deck Light products exhibit exactly the same non-slip properties as other Vigil Antislip products.

Deck Light is available in the same standard sizes and dimensions as the Vigil Antislip Stair Nosing, Metal Deck and Ladder Rung ranges, in commercial, industrial and offshore grades.
