A great deal of research was carried out regarding the merits of implementing ISO-9001 and it was decided that although this standard creates product uniformity, it does not create best practice, does not require the input of the highest quality raw materials and does not create a basis for sustained or improving product quality.
We did however implement many aspects of this standard and built on them with the input of our management and production personnel rather than an outsider with no knowledge of our business or processes. Our production manuals contain step by step instructions for every process and include testing along with all O, H & S requirements for each process. This means that although not third party certified, our products are of the highest quality and completely uniform from one product to the next.
Our products begin their life with the purchase of raw materials from qualified suppliers. Batch numbers are recorded, resins hardness tested & discs catalogued. Our production manuals stipulate the process, safety and quality procedures for every individual process which are strictly followed by our dedicated, long term production personnel. Every process is signed off on the Job Cards which follow the products through production to packaging and admin for documentation. The job number becomes our customer Warranty Number which is stamped to the underside of every product we manufacture for future traceability. Your Comprehensive Ten-Year Replacement Warranty Certificates which carry the same number are signed by our Production Manager and our Managing Director. This gives you the confidence that you have purchased the best performing antislip product with the longest effective life to protect your personnel from the injuries and potential trauma of slip related accidents.
